1. The agreed usage license and rights to all services provided are only obtained upon full payment of rates given.

2. All fees are charged in American USD. I reserve the right to change my prices as I see fit within reason.

3. Should a client be late on payment, I am not obligated to provide services until the fee is paid in full. Any late payment will result in an interest rate of 1% per month from the 15th day onwards.

4. Should a client have to cancel a meeting, live recording session, in person recording session, etc, it must be brought to my attention at least 24 hours in advance; any time after that will result in a $25 cancellation fee.

5. For projects, paid or unpaid, for purposes other than advertising, the credit name Lauren Breedlove is to be shown in the following ways:

• ​in audio or video, listed clearly in the opening or closing credits

• in the description of video, listed clearly

• (OPTIONAL) for lead roles, when reproduced for home media, on the cover of the media storage (DVD, CD, etc)

6. Altering my voice clips using voice effects for a scene is permitted, however, the original line must stay intact. If you need to stitch two takes together, that is also permitted.

7. I do not consent to using my natural voice or any character voice I may use for Artificial Intelligence (AI) cloning, training, or duplication of any kind. This also includes, but is not limited to, running my voice through ChatGPT, Grok, Microsoft Copilot, Sora AI, Meta AI, and TikTok AI voices or making my voice say things that I have not recorded with these AI programs. Voice effects that are achieved using AI are also prohibited. However, should a project have a character that is a robot or AI, I am willing to voice said character AS LONG AS this is achieved using a genuine audio recording of my voice performing the lines.

8. I am not willing to voice act in any 18+ or NSFW projects, nor will I be lenient on this term. Altering my voice clips for inappropriate content is also prohibited.

9. I am willing to use minor curse words while recording to an extent. Major curse words are not permitted. In addition, I am not willing to say any lines that include, but are not limited to, racial slurs, homophobic remarks, transphobic remarks, sexist remarks, and dehumanization of any kind regarding religion, beliefs, etc. I also reserve the right to draw the line even further if need be.

By contacting me via email, direct message on social media, or any other form of communication, you agree to these terms and are willing to follow any other terms that may be added in the future. Failure to abide by these terms may result in a takedown request or departure from the project entirely, depending on which term is violated. Any continued infraction after takedown or departure may result in legal action.
